Fountain Life is like a country club for precision diagnostics. Our center environments have been specifically designed to ensure you’ll feel valued, respected, safe and cared for. Your visit will be seamless and organized, with zero waiting at a front desk for your appointment or filling out redundant paperwork. We know you’re coming, when you’re arriving, and will welcome and guide you straight to where you need to go as soon as you walk in our doors.

Does Fountain Life cover my travel to and from one of their centers?

No. We have partnerships with travel agencies and offer group rates for hospitality, but you will need to budget for your own travel costs to and from your chosen Fountain Life center.

Can I pay my annual membership up front?

Yes! In fact, that’s the only way you can pay. Unlike other health insurance or plans, we don’t allow monthly payments due to the nature of our membership services.

Our private Fountain Health insurance plan covers our services and additional treatments. You’ll need to work directly with other insurance carriers to gain coverage and authorization for our services.
